While Meek Mill, Beanie Sigel, and the rest of Philadelphia was getting over-involved in a so-called beef, GrandeMarshall was hard at work on his next EP RISK/REWARD (1/23 via Fool’s Gold). He’s continually put out well rounded projects that speak to the real ones in the trap as well as those unfamiliar with the lifestyle. It’s GrandeMarshall’s ability to make the foreign seem familiar that allows him to play both sides of the streets.

For the first single “Stress,” Grande lays down a cement-heavy beat that literally feels like the stress that weighs on your brain in troubling times. But on the mic, Grande sounds like he’s fully in control especially as he whips it in his chromed out Impala.
