Now, I’ve Got Something to Worry About
What’s New?

I was having a slow morning. There just wasn’t enough oomph to do anything all that productive. I decided to take a few moments off to have another cup of coffee and to read a little bit on my Kindle. The story that I’m reading hasn’t grabbed me yet, so it’s not like I am drooling to get back into the story, but I don’t want to give up on it yet. It might not be the story. It could be me.
So, I settled into the book, and within 20 seconds, I began to cringe at how the heroine was acting. Once again, she is worrying about something she has no control over, and that’s when it hit me.
I do the same thing. I worry.
Even if you were to catch me on a good day, I bet that I might be worried about something.
I began to think of how much time I spend worrying about things. I know if I were to die, I wouldn’t worry about them. Why? Because they are unimportant, and people in Spirit just don’t concern themselves with unimportant stuff. Am I right?
Well, yes, you are unless that is their job to worry.
I didn’t know that.
You can’t remember. So, it is unimportant. Do you want to worry about that, too, now?
No. It’s breaking my heart.
Please have a look at your biorhythms. It might explain something.
Well, it isn’t terrible, but it might explain why I’m sort of off right now. My physical and emotional lines have just passed critical and are heading down. My intellectual line has also passed critical and is on the upswing. All my lines are in a critical sort of zone. I guess you could call it a low-pressure or high-pressure system, depending on how you’re going to look at it.

Sort of like a Magic 8 ball, don’t you suppose?
I suppose. I wanted to talk about worrying, though.
What have you got to say about it?
Well, it’s sort of like dancing. You can slide into a dance smoothly, like with Ginger Rodgers and Fred Astaire. Gracefully, paying attention to each other, making love as you dance. That would be me on a regular day. Or you can hop onto the floor with energy and start doing a Jitterbug or some frenetic dance where what you do doesn’t have a whole lot to do with your partner.
This is dating you, Dear.
Well, so what? There are old people reading this, too.
How do you know?
I’m just supposing. So, back to worry. It can consume you. You can go around, and if your point of view is being directed by worry, then you’re likely not to find anything uplifting or hopeful to concentrate on. You’re going to see depressing stuff no matter what is going on.
You could be having the most delicious piece of pie, and all you can think about are the calories. And it is spoiled. Or, you’re having a conversation with a generally upbeat person, somebody who is full of enthusiasm, but because you are in a worrying bent of mind, all you can do is be dissatisfied with the conversation and want to be somewhere else. Nobody can do anything properly to your way of thinking. You are critical of yourself and with everybody else. Nobody wants to be around you.
Are you done?
Yes, I think so.
So, think a nice thought. Now, before you forget, that is what you want to do.
I didn’t really think of it.
You are still on the wrong side of the fence. I just suggested that you think a good thought.
Okay, it’s getting brighter outside. I think the cloud cover is easing, and maybe the sun is going to come out.
Was that so hard?
Actually, yes, it was hard.
You are still in the dumps, but you are on the way up. The trick now is to have faith that things are looking up. They will continue to look up as long as you can stay on the path and move out of this self-imposed fog.
I guess that’s the reason I wrote what I did this morning.
My thought for the day: A moment, any moment that you pick where you felt invigorated, that first breath of air, your first sip of coffee. Remember them. Remember that first breath of air you took when you got out of bed, but remember it when you feel tired at 2 p.m. That’s all. Transfer that one moment of peace, of satisfaction, of love to any other moment in your day as many times as you want. It helps.
I just started doing a thought for the day today. I haven’t done it before this. I want it to be the first thing I see when I open up my new planning and organizing pages at Notion.so. Even though this is not my Notion series of articles, as I learn the program, I did learn this morning how to have one block of text repeated anywhere else that you want in your pages. All I have to do is replace today’s thought with tomorrow’s thought daily, and every day, I have something new to be inspired by. Come to think of it, I might be saving these thoughts somewhere to either go back and read them again when I want or turn them into articles later on. Little bits of inspiration. In fact, that’s what I’m going to call that section.
Happier?
Yes, thanks for helping.
It’s what we are here for. Perhaps you might inform your readers what just happened in this article.
Okay. The bold and italicized parts of this article are from Spirit, specifically, my guide Seth, though sometimes others will come and talk to me and to you. I’ve been a psychic channel since 1993, so I’m not new to this. But I’ll never stop learning.
Thanks for reading. I hope you have a nice day. Please clap, comment, follow, and subscribe.
