Not All Writings are Creative Writings
“There is no innovation and creativity without failure.” Brene Brown
Every ray of dawn invites you to think and re-think. There is only one question that can activate your intellectual power: “Why have you got another day?” It’s really a great blessing from God that you have got another day.

Your article reflects your past experiences, both happy and sad, and recognizes how they have shaped your present and future. Your present actions and decisions will shape your future and encourage the readers to consider what tasks they need to accomplish in order to make their current day memorable. By being intentional and proactive about your actions today, you can create a positive impact on your future as well as on the reader
“Success is the sum of small efforts — repeated day in and day out”. Robert Collier
Evaluate Your Skills
First of all, you have to analyze the task that is assigned to you. Or you capable of doing that or not? Or it is just an idea, or it is just a wish. Whatever it is is now at your hand. Either you have to organize a function or deliver a lecture. You have to compile the material and use all the available resources.
Study the Nature of the Task
Consider the nature of the task before starting it. If it is a task that the reader has been preparing for, such as a final exam, they should feel confident in their ability to complete it and simply review the material they have already studied. However, if the task is new and involves other people, such as organizing a prize distribution function, the reader should seek guidance and information from others who have experience with similar tasks. Understanding the nature of your task and seeking appropriate support can help ensure successful completion.
“Fear cannot be banished, but it can be calm and without panic; it can be mitigated by reason and evaluation.” Vannevar Bush
Make a Check-list
Prepare a checklist of all available resources that are essential to use in that project. This checklist will enable you to assess what you have and what you don’t have.
Specify a Timeframe
The most important aspect to fulfill a task is its mandatory timeframe. Make a deadline for all the sub-tasks to fulfill. This would help you to evaluate the compilation process till the end of the project. This aspect will make you evaluate your previous projects if they were fulfilled within due periods.
Effectiveness
This refers to how well the project has achieved its intended goals and objectives. The effectiveness of a project can be measured by comparing the expected outcome with the actual outcome. It can also be evaluated by minimum input and maximum outputs.
Efficiency
This refers to how well the task has utilized its resources, such as time, money, and manpower. The efficiency of a project can be measured by comparing the resources used with the expected results.
Timeliness
This refers to how well the project has been completed within the specified timeframe. The timeliness of a project can be measured by comparing the actual completion date with the planned completion date.
Quality
This refers to the level of excellence of the project deliverables. The quality of a project can be measured by comparing the expected quality with the actual quality.
“Quality is never an accident. It is always the result of intelligent effort.” John Ruskin
Stakeholder satisfaction
This refers to the level of satisfaction of the project’s stakeholders, such as customers, users, and sponsors. Stakeholder satisfaction with a project can be measured by conducting surveys and feedback sessions.
Overall, the evaluation of a project should be based on a combination of these criteria, depending on the nature and objectives of the project.
