No War
Between

At the end of serendipity, The connection loosened up- No desire to hold onto other, No intentions to uplift feelings.
Our emotions stopped resonating like the vivid past, Fingers touched in the motionless response, without a sense of excitement. So we stopped. Hearts not broken, beats not danced in losing others, We, not mended for each other.
We saw each other, after a long, yesterday, Not in numb motions, neither in heartfelt illusions, we cherished, - gossiped, - laughed, And then we left, with sweet memory notes.
No wars have drawn before, not even now, Emotions change, relationships break, But some swirling dreams and memories never left.
