No Smoke And Mirrors

As you wish, overstand there will be a demand,

And never get caught up in what you could do, just do what you can,

And make sure this is everything you believe,

Your mind has the ability to conceive,

As we watch you work,

It’s a perk,

Because you’ll perform better with all eyes on you,

Moving like you’ve always known exactly what to do,

Like you’ve always known that you’re amid the chosen few,

And that what you produce,

Is designed to give you a boost,

And lift you right up outta the bottom you fell through,

Who knew,

That you possessed the ability to be a genie too,

Because smoke and mirrors aren’t required when we’re performing real magic,

You know, the type of magic that can help you pull something beautiful up outta something tragic,

Abracadabra,

Alakazam,

Hocus pocus,

Don’t allow these misleading words to have you lose focus,

The trick of the trade,

Is to never doubt in the progress your actions and deeds have made,

Show everyone that your time and energy ensured attention was properly paid,

Your wish is now a fulfilled plan,

And my wish is to be your number one fan.
