Summary

This webpage is a resource for survivors of sexual assault to share their experiences, stories, and creative works in a supportive environment.

Abstract

The website serves as a platform for survivors of sexual assault to publish their narratives, poems, and artwork. It welcomes both new and previously published pieces, emphasizing that content need not focus solely on the assault experience but can encompass broader aspects of survival and healing. The submission guidelines require that the author is a survivor, although non-survivors may submit articles for consideration to be published under the publication's account. Each submission must include a high-resolution image for the header, a title, and a subtitle. Starting from June 2020, articles undergo editing for formatting, grammar, and spelling prior to publication. Interested contributors are invited to comment on the website to gain writer access.

This publication is open to all survivors of sexual assault.

We are open to published articles as well as new stories.

Rules for submission:

  1. The author must be a survivor of sexual assault. If you are not a survivor but would like to submit, you can email your article for consideration, but it will be published through our account. All of our writers are sexual assault survivors.
  2. The article does not need to be about sexual assault. This is about surviving- not only what we have survived. (:
  3. A high res image must be attached to the header. (If not, we will provide one)
  4. Include a title and subtitle.
  5. Beginning in June 2020 — articles will be edited for formatting, grammar, and spelling before they are published.
