New K-variety show “Couriers in Mongolia” to air mid-August

JTBC is launching a brand new K-variety series called “Couriers in Mongolia,” set to transport viewers to the untamed beauty and vast landscapes of Mongolia.
Premiering on Friday, 18 August 2023, this adventure features a group of well-known celebrity buddies — including singers Kim Jong-kook and Hong Kyung-min, actors Jang Hyuk, Cha Tae-hyun, Hong Kyung-in, and Kang Hoon.
Over 10 days, they will journey across Mongolia on horseback, delivering mail to residents in the country’s most secluded areas.
The producers promise unique scenes showcasing Mongolia like never before.
The cast, who last united for the reality show “Dragon’s Club: Overgrown Bromance” in 2017, expressed their delight at this reunion, despite the challenge of aligning their schedules.
Cha Tae-hyun shared, “It took us about five years to meet this reality show. I personally wish we could get together more often.”
Kim Jong-kook initially saw the show concept as a light-hearted joke, but he ended up cherishing the experience.
“At first, it was just a joke. But, we’ve experienced so many different incidents and nature that we didn’t expect. And I felt that things will really work out. In the end, I really liked the trip,” he said.
Tune into “Couriers in Mongolia” every Friday at 11 pm for a taste of adventure and camaraderie under the vast Mongolian sky!
