New Editor Required — New Writers Welcome

Hello, and welcome to this exciting article, New Writers Welcome has developed into the go-to publication for new writers, whilst we also encourage more experienced writers to join.
Due to an increase in workload and the announcement that one of our editors can no longer commit to writing on Medium, it has opened up an opportunity for a few new editors.
The A-Team, which now consists of Sally Prag, Andrey Pilipets and Marilyn Glover, and I, cannot cover seven days a week of editing.
So in an ideal world (and we don’t live in one), we would take on another three editors. However, I have no intention of taking on for the sake of it; the new applicants must fit in with our current team and be able to work in the available slots.
I would encourage you to read our submission rules before you apply, and part of the requirements is you must be a writer for New Writers Welcome and have published a story through our publication.
If you have not done so already, you still have time to do this before our closing date, which is Sunday the 10th of April 2022.
Here are some application rules:
- First, you must follow our publication.
- Second, you must have published at least one article to New Writers Welcome before applying.
- Third, you must have access to a spell checker & Grammarly.
- You must be humble, with the intent to support our writers and not criticise. We are all trying to learn and develop our writing skills.
- You must adhere to the submission rules.
- Being a member of our Facebook & Twitter group is not essential but is desired.
- You must complete every question in the application
