Neuroplasticity Means You Can Do Any Good To Yourself Through Your Brain
Self-improvement is within your reach
The most important thing neuroscientists have discovered about our brain is the way it can create alternative routes and interconnections.
The idea of a fixed brain with specialized areas dedicated to different tasks is still true, but obsolete. It’s the reality I was introduced to forty years ago during my psychological studies. What’s the reality about our brain now?
Simple as it is, neuroscience for anybody
The reality of the brain as neuroscientists show us, is that of an everchanging structure, able to auto-repair some damages, and construct new channels of communication.
Neurons pass the pieces of information to each other through synapsis. It is a well-experienced path where anybody knows what to do. They function as plugs with electricity.
When something goes wrong for any reason (an accident, a deterioration, a blackout) they try to find other ways to bring the communication to a good end. They are solution-oriented. Isn’t it marvelous?
Depending on the entity of the damage, it means there will be a complete or a partial, or minimal recreation of ways, maps, and connections for the exchange of information.
Standard communication together with “new ways” of data transmission represents the supreme functioning of our brain, the transmission system of our principal physical motor.
Neuroplasticity and modern psychology
Alternative plans in our brains are created based on a need to repair something broken, but not only. What does it mean on a general level, for our psychological functioning?
The immense treasure of the findings of neuroscientists is the possibility we’ve been able to recognize to our brain in changing trajectories, and directions, and establish new routes.
This is why hypnosis works efficiently. This is why positive reprogramming can work and make changes happen in our behavior.
We are developing, self-improving, and changing beings, without even being sometimes aware of it. This is how rich we are.
Examples of sentences for your self-development
So, without waiting for a drama to occur before changing some habits, let’s focus on what could help improve yourself through the aid of your brain.
Positive sentences can help you rewire your brain and get you closer to where you want to be.
I am a great producer of these kinds of sentences, and I’ve been collecting them from other authors as well. I’ll write some here for you just to give you an idea. You can work on your own to let them shape the best version of yourself.
And, please, try to remember that deep down you’re perfect as you are.
- I can reach what I want in life
- My life is worth living
- I continually improve myself
- My skills are growing day after day
- I am worthy of anything good
- I appreciate my life and accept it as it is
- I’m full of energy
- Life is generous to me
- Nature helps me heal my pain
- I have all that I deserve

- I am so happy and grateful … (thank you Jake Ducey for this one you say to have inherited directly from Bob Proctor)
Takeaway
We are living in a great time of history where we can shift our conscience to another level and let our lives be better than ever. It only takes a little bit of courage to let it happen. Our brain is the good ally we can have on our side. Let’s treat it with the right attention a great treasure deserves.
