Nature’s Cathedral
Spending time in nature is taking a walk with God.

Simply by walking and observing nature, you can find solitude or clarity at any time. Sitting outside in the forest or beach and being present is like meditating. One can find the answers they are seeking when going inward and noticing how nature can heal us.
Inhaling the fragrance of the trees, ocean, or earth around us is aromatherapy for the soul. When we look at the beauty and complexity of nature, we can understand how cyclical it is, and it helps us put life in perspective.
Listening to the music of the earth can calm our mind. There are so many layers to the harmonies when we stop and really listen.
Nature is an outdoor cathedral where we can become centered and enlightened. When taking time out we can always find a reason to be thankful.
“A rock pile ceases to be a rock pile the moment a single man contemplates it, bearing within him the image of a cathedral.”~Antoine de Saint-Exupery
