Natural Juices Guide
Natural Juices can make a difference in your day-to-day life

I really like to make natural smoothies/juices at home, I can ingest many fruits and vegetables in this way, otherwise maybe not ingest so many.
However, I know of some natural sums that can relieve or better relieve certain aspects of our lives.
Skin cleansing Juice
1 carrot
1/2 apple
1 handful spinach
1 handful parsley
250 ml water
Boost strength
1 lemon
3 apples
5 carrots
1 piece ginger
2 packs of parsley leaves
250 ml water
Menstrual reliever
1 mango
1 banana
250 ml water
1/2 cup of chopped fennel
End up with pimples
1/2 papaya
6 strawberries
1 piece of nhame (peeled)
200 ml water
Personally, I like them when my juices are more liquid and less thick, I feel they cost less to drink and taste much better.
