Nature has so many things that can keep you healthy. It grows fruit and vegetables. Some may have to be planted but if it were not for nature making these items grow we could not get all these healthy foods.

Fruits are so healthy for you. They have so many vitamins in them that can keep a person feeling good inside and out. Plus looking good. Once you get the proper nutrients inside your body, your body shows how happy it is by having your skin look hydrated and healthy.

I love almost all fruit. I am not a very picky person when it comes to this type of food. I favor some more than others but do not hate any fruit… at least the fruit that I have tried. Grapefruit is a bit too sour for my taste but I would not say I hate it. I love apples and oranges. Kiwi fruit is one favorite.

Strawberries are my number one favorite. I could eat strawberry anything. Strawberries and cream… yummy. I have not tried all the exotic fruits only because I can not get them at my local store. I have not caught onto that online food shopping craze. I like to look at my food and touch my food before I purchase it.

Eat all the beautiful fruits you can. Along with a mix of vegetables and a healthy diet, plus exercise to keep a balanced weight. That should help you remain healthy for many years to come.
