Naked Under the Moon

Washing My Soul Clean

Last night I went outdoors to look at the Moon. But it was She who was looking at me. She saw me through and through — naked! So I took off my clothes and got into the water.

I cried then, releasing the troubles of the week — the anger, the frustration and the sadness. I watched her rise up over the roof tops as She bathed me in her light.

“The full moon in Pisces can be used as a ritual bath. A rinsing off of the residue. A cleansing of the pallet from the massive meals that Eclipse Season offered up.”*

The water; the light; the singing along to the song. I grew calmer, bolder, more deeply in touch with myself. This is the real world out here in the night.

This is the place where I find myself again!
