Bob was extremely arrogant with his achievements and technical expertise in aerodynamics. He was notoriously known among his fellow researchers. Now and then he made fun of other researchers publicly. No doubt he was extra ordinary in his field of expertise. In spite of all his knowledge and working efficiency he could not be selected the Director of his Research Center. His inordinate pride made him unfit for mutual co-ordination and team work. He always wanted to have full credit of anything he did.
