Mystery

Sometimes empty hands are full of resistance — A poem

Sometimes the silence is bursting at the seams. Sometimes the victim is the only that believes. Sometimes we feel naked without our disguise.

Sometimes enough is the whole. Sometimes protecting is better than replace. Sometimes the altercation is uneducated.

Sometimes the sufferer is unconcerned. Sometimes the hope for a new day takes all our energy. Sometimes the fear of pain is worse than the pain itself. Sometimes mistakes go down the drain. Sometimes sorrow claims numerous tomorrows. Sometimes emptiness is a different sentiment. Sometimes the lucky shroud their jealousy. Sometimes the cry for help ends in tears. Sometimes we drown while flirting with solace. Sometimes empty hands are full of resistance. Sometimes the unintended is unleashed. Sometimes anonymity is a conspiracy. Forever — life was decided to be lived. Forever — a signal fire is greater than a tap on the shoulder. Forever — life will be a mystery.
