My Unique Self

My victory tells who I am

The battles I fought, the scars engraved In these, I see my stories in beautiful lines The beauties and memories embedded

They gave me an option But for me, it was a battalion I was ready to fight Deal with the devil of my lover

I got overwhelmed by how to defeat They never believed I could Even the being in me could tell

Then the moon, though in the dark Where I derived my strength The unison of the celestial lit the spark And that became a victory Which was stretched out from above

You may not like the flaw that flows Or the being I am It reflects the journey of a fellow You may not accept But this is who I am

It expresses my unique self.
