My Spirit Guides Want You To Know This — 42

The following message is from my Spirit Guides, who collectively call themselves Efram. I receive these messages from Efram after meditation, and during my scripting practice. I use the following invitation for Efram to join me, borrowed from Esther Hicks: “I, Anne, see and draw to me, with divine love, those beings seeking enlightenment through my process. The sharing will elevate us all now.”

A boat without its sails up is at the mercy of the wind.

It gets bashed around, sent in different directions, swirling round and round, crashing, sinking, destroying itself.

You are the boat, the wind is the chaos of the world.

So what are the sails?

Your mind, your thoughts, your emotions, your connection to spirit.

YOUR FREE WILL

Yes, we’d like to remind you that you have free will. That means you can think WHATEVER you want!

How glorious is that? You are not required to think anything you don’t want to think.

“Oh but I have a job that I have to think about!”

Not really. That is just another thought you think you have to have.

Okay, today you might have to think about your job. But we encourage you to start changing your thoughts gradually. Make it a daily practice. When you find a bad thought creeping in, notice it and show it the door.

Start today. Start monitoring your thoughts. When a bad one sneaks in, replace it with a good one. JUST DECIDE.

Think of something that makes you smile.

Think of words that empower you.

Distract yourself with something fun.

Make it your intention to find a good reason to think a happier thought.

Put your sails up! Take control of your boat. Stop allowing yourself to be bashed around by the wind.

You are the captain of your ship, er boat.

What does all this have to do with boats? Very little. We just like boats.
