My Spirit Guides Want You To Know This — 35

The following message is from my Spirit Guides, who collectively call themselves Efram. I receive these messages from Efram after meditation, and during my scripting practice. I use the following invitation for Efram to join me: “I, Anne, see and draw to me, with divine love, those beings seeking enlightenment through my process. The sharing will elevate us all now.”

I hope you enjoy reading it. If you can spend 30 seconds reading it, I would greatly appreciate it. 🙏

Drop the astonishment.

When something good happens to you, stop being so astonished.

Be delightfully surprised, and then grateful, but astonishment is a step too far.

Astonishment screams “I CAN’T BELIEVE IT!” The energy of that goes directly out to the Universe, to us, to your higher source, to that woo-woo place where magic, or disaster, happens.

When it’s received, the law of attraction responds with this: “Okay, we won’t send you anything nice that you can’t believe anymore.”

Astonishment expresses doubt and incredulity.

You’re condemning yourself. You’re telling us that you don’t believe you’re worthy.

We are telling you that you are worthy of every great thing that comes to you. We’d like to scream it from the rooftops sometimes.

Quit pushing good things away from yourself. Accept that you deserve good things. Accept that your emotions and vibrations pay a HUGE role in what you experience.

When you experience astonishment, reign it in. Convert it to delightful surprise. It’s a more welcoming vibe.

Learn to expect it. You can train yourself to expect good things.

When something amazing happens to you, respond with “I knew it!” Claim it and express absolutely no doubt that you knew it was coming to you. Then double down on that knowing, and bless any good thing that comes your way. That’s how you ensure more of it coming your way.

You’re welcome, in advance.
