My Spirit Guides Want You To Know This — 32

The following message is from my Spirit Guides, who collectively call themselves Efram. I receive these messages from Efram after meditation, and during my scripting practice.

Know what your body is capable of, but know your limitations too.

That sounds confusing, doesn’t it?

The cells of your body are intelligent and have their own consciousness. They know what is wrong and can take action to correct it.

The problem lies in your beliefs though. The fact that your cells have intellingent consciousness is too new a concept for most people to accept, on the level necessary to allow this to happen.

Modern medicine is powerful, and you as humans have discovered incredible treatments. This is what you should rely upon until you have full faith and confidence in the performance of your cells. Most of you won’t get there in this lifetime.

That’s fine.

Although you probably have solved smaller ailments this way without knowing it. The bigger ones trip you up.

Don’t ignore them. Take necessary action.

Be well, have faith, but know when to ask for help.
