My Perfected ‘Mango Lassi’

GF & Vegan. *All Organic and/or Local Fruit*

We have the Nutri-Bullet blender and I used the 1/2 gallon cup

The Mango Lassi is a traditional Indian ‘smoothie’ which is silky smooth and refreshing for those hot summer days — or just becuase. In my case, it helps with the sting of that spicy food that I just wasn’t made for but my husband, who is 1/2 East Indian, was. Traditionally, Indians use dairy yogurt, but I found Forager’s Mango Drinkable Yogurt to work just fine.

  • 3–4 pieces pre cut frozen Banana
  • 2–3 pieces pre cut frozen (white) Nectarine
  • 3–4 pieces pre cut frozen Pineapple
  • 1 half pre cut frozen Apricot
  • 2 fresh Mangos
  • 1 whole can Coconut Cream
  • 1–2 Tablespoons Local Raw Honey
  • about 1 cup of milk of your choice (I prefer Oatley)
  • 1 cup Forager’s Probiotic Cashewmilk Yogurt (Mango)
  • 2–3 tablespoons Flax Oil
  • 1 Fresh large Basil Leaf

Blend until smooth and enjoy! The small assortment of other fruits really bring out the flavor of the mango, creating a delicious creamy full flavored, light, and delightfully nutritious desert like beverage smoothie.

MMMMmmmm, it was SoOoOoOoOoOo Gooooooood! I hope you like it as much as I did!

Feel free to make whatever changes you want and EnJoY!
