My New Secret Waist Training Weapon For Explosive Results

Of all the moves I’ve ever done when trying to tone and trim my waistline, this one gives what I’d say are immediate results you can feel in hours and see in just weeks.

Hello and good morning to all the skinny kids inside you. I get it. It’s easy to put on and it’s hard to take off.

As we move into the new year, many people will resolve to get in better shape. Gym membership sign-ups will skyrocket, only to fall back to normal levels in just three months. Why?

Rates of failure kill not only the burst in business in the gyms but also our motivation. We struggle to find motivation when we don’t see the results we think we earned. No matter how hard you go at it, if you don’t start to see the body you fantasize about in the mirror, you get disgruntled, become unmotivated, and question if you can achieve that fitness goal.

For many years I have struggled with my waistline. I could put on weight working out, and start to look outwardly thinner, but it was the change in body composition and muscularity that gave the appearance I’d lost any weight. Stubborn belly fat kept getting in my way, and I’d lose hope.

Most people know that burning fat means using the muscles you have. We have to train the muscles to help burn the fat. That, along with calorie control, and a caloric deficit is the most highly recommended way of burning fat.

Since the belly fat is in our core region, we have to exercise our cores more, at least in my opinion. This one movement has made a world of difference. Here are some facts.

  • 51 years old
  • Type 2 Diabetic
  • 44-inch waistline for 15 years
  • Always an active lifestyle
  • Questionable eating habits

That’s me in a nutshell, being truthful about how I wound up in the shape I was in.

The one movement that worked a miracle in speeding up the process of toning, tightening, and trimming my waistline.

Cable/Resistance Torso Twists

  • Use a single-hand grip attachment set as high on the cable machine as you can get it
  • Standing 90 to 135 degrees away from the machine
  • With your closest hand, grab the grip
  • Keeping your feet locked in place, reach back with your free hand and grab the grip
  • Slowly turn away from the machine, controlling the movement as you turn from the waist moving away from the machine
  • The movement brings it around and slowly downward until both hands are in front of you near waist height.
  • Hold, and slowly, control the return to the starting point, engaging your midsection as you turn and raise your arms slowly against the resistance
  • Repeat for four to five sets of 20

After only two weeks, with the injuries I’ve had and the living I’ve done, I’ve noticed this has already helped to tighten my core, trim more of my waist, and allow a greater range of motion in other core and waist training exercises.

I’m using the second variation with the position from the high point, and I turned further away to increase the results. These can be done at home as well, and all you need is some resistance bands. Check out the video, and if you’re looking for an easy and accelerated way to trim that waist, this is giving me the most incredible results I’ve ever seen.
