My Morning Routine Shared With You

How I stay highly motivated every day.

My morning routine helped me a lot to be more productive and achieve goals. I hope you will feel inspired by this story because I give you some insights on how you can improve your own morning routine to better suit your needs.

Personal development allows you to achieve goals, create positive habits and develop a positive mindset.

By investing in personal development, you can significantly increase your chances of success and reach your full potential.

I truly believe in the saying “Start your day off right.”

I genuinely believe that how you spend your morning will set the tone for the rest of the day.

That is why my morning routine is essential to me, and it reflects my values and goals.

A morning routine could be very beneficial for you if you are an entrepreneur (but not only).

It helps you stay focused and motivated throughout the day. Nothing better than starting your day on the right foot!

It can help you stick to your goals and create positive habits daily.

My morning routine is very important to me.

Well, I wake up at 5 am and start my day with a short meditation or positive affirmations.

…A few deep breathing exercises.

I relax my mind and body to get ready for the day ahead.

Then I love to have a healthy breakfast with a cup of coffee and some time to myself.

I eat slowly and enjoy the moment.

Then check my emails, social media notifications, and accounts.

…NO, I’m joking. I will never check my emails after breakfast and worse, my social accounts!

I go to the bathroom, and even if I am a woman, I am not spending hours preparing myself for the day!

Then I do Hatha Yoga Sun Salutation for a few minutes.

It’s now time to write down my goals. This is an important step in my morning routine because it reinforces my focus.

I take some time to brainstorm my goals for the day and write out a plan of action. Sometimes I do it the day before, it depends.

I always keep a pen and a piece of paper near me to take notes when ideas arise.

At 7 am, I start proofreading the article I wrote the day before, and then I write a new article for Medium from 9 to 9.30 am.

It can take a bit longer, depending on the size of the article. Remember, I am not a native English, so it requires me more effort.

… And concentration!

I always work this way: I write the article for the day after. This allows me to be very relaxed and post every day on Medium.

I take a 5-minute break every 25 minutes. Using the Pomodoro Technique by Francesco Cirillo.

This is super effective for me.

During these 5-minute breaks, I completely clear my mind.

A few months ago, I was reading business books during these 5-minute breaks but it didn’t relax me so much, so I stopped it and I’m now reading in the afternoon or evening.

Then I continue to work on the most important business tasks I have.

For now, I love to exercise for 15 minutes at 10 or 10.30 am. This can change depending on the season.

Sometimes I slightly modify my morning routine depending on personal or professional factors.

It’s essential to be flexible with your morning routine.

By taking the time to do these things in the morning, I am setting myself up for a successful and productive day.

Implementing a morning routine has helped me to be more productive, motivated, and disciplined.

I have also found that it helps me focus on my goals and stay on track.

I hope that you see how creating positive habits can help you reach your goals.

I encourage you to take a few things that you have learned and apply them to your own life.

Remember, self-discipline and consistency are key to creating positive habits. So, make sure to stick with it!
