A Poem

As I travel down this rough road.

She’s by my side helping me to carry the load.

It’s just me and her against the world.

She’s all woman, with the curiosity of a little girl.

In other words, she desires to understand everything.

She desires to live every dream.

And this is also my motto.

So this is why her lead I’m quick to follow.

An angel in disguise.

But forever a Goddess in my eyes.

The Sun, Moon, and Stars that came and illuminated my dark skies.

Every move we make.

Is high stakes.

We’re moving full steam ahead, with no breaks.

And no need for second takes.

Because you see, our connection.

Brought about perfection.

It’s like we can read each other’s minds.

It’s like our love was by design.

We help to enhance one another’s shine.

Yes, I’d die for her, but I’d rather live.

So everything she wants and needs I’ll be able to give.

Without question, she’s my lost-found rib.

Thank you for taking the time and donating it to reading my words. May all you deserve and desire flow abundantly into your life like a river does into a sea.

May we never lose our desire to outdo what we’ve already done.
