On a beautiful beach on Sentosa,
As gentle waves pounded on the white sands,

With a new hat in the other.
You were very happy, I could tell,
I was so glad that you were.
Many happy moments we have since,
With our hands held tight,
Over the many seasons with only us;

Walk beside me, my dearest,
I love to listen to your voice
As you walk with me,
And snuggled next to me in the car;
Your every word and laughter,
Sounds like heavenly music in the breeze,

That moment I will always treasure,
As our feelings grew deeper,
So open, so genuine and so honest,
Nurturing our blossoming love,
When you took my hand.
I held you in my arms,
Astounded at my new life,
Gazing at your profound innocence,
In awe and hope and curiosity,
Smiling when I gazed at you, my lover,

Yet kind and gentle with you,

Trailing the dripping sands of time;
