My First Early Morning
I often find myself navigating through life’s currents, sometimes smoothly like a tranquil river, and at other times, tumultuously, akin to a cascading waterfall. In these moments, various forces converge upon us, eliciting responses that match our capabilities. Strong forces can evoke emotions such as anger, depression, and loneliness, prompting us to resist or yield. I’ve noticed that our capacities are not static; they evolve with the experiences we undergo.
There was a critical juncture when I momentarily ceased resisting these forces, contemplating the possibility of giving up. However, a constant companion during such moments was hope. It was during one of these late-night I started to read a book called “The Miracle Morning,”

I began reading the introduction, where the author shared his once-great life at the age of 20, complete with a supportive family, a girlfriend, and the best of friends. In one of the night, A tragic accident involving a Chevrol truck left him clinically dead, but through the efforts of a rescue team, his heartbeat was revived. He spent six days in a coma. The author acknowledged that the new life handed to him was far from easy, but he chose to focus 100% on making the best of what he had.
As I absorbed the writer’s story, I realized that the challenges I faced were minuscule compared to his. Although I didn’t know what lay ahead in the book, I grasped the transformative power of mornings in his life. Although I had heard about the positive impact of mornings, I had never experienced it myself. Inspired by the writer’s journey, I resolved to read the book not during the nights but in the mornings.
The next day, I managed to wake up purposefully at 5:30 am, marking the beginning of my intentional morning routine.
