My Favorite Hawaiian Jungle Breakfast

My breakfast menu jumps from savoring a rich veggie-fruit hemp heart and raw ginger smoothie to my jungle-bunny-monkey-bowl filled with nutritious Hawaiian-grown goodies. Either, easily carries me to midday.

We’re fortunate to have friends and neighbors who farm nutritiously yummy organic fruits and veggies! Every item is freshly harvested and tree or bush ripe.

There’s something special about eating foods grown locally. You’re benefitting from the best that Mother Nature can provide from her tropical sun, soil, and rainbow water while supporting one another.

But my absolute favorite Hawaiian Breakfast Bowl is:

Two sliced hard-boiled farm eggs

Half of a avocado cubed

A whop of mayo

A healthy squirt of Dejon Mustard

A sprinkling of Lemon Pepper

Optional: a splat of Siracha hot chili sauce instead of the Lemon Pepper.

Breakfasting with Aloha!
