My Dearest Body,

I love you, I love you, love you. Thank you, my beautiful body for every step you carried me through, every tear I could cry…For everything you’ve healed.

You have been so strong, despite what I did to you. Years of smoking, alcohol intake, eating horrible food, constant violent images on the news, TV & movies, countless negatively charged abusive people, pharmaceuticals, seeking sexual pleasure — while being fearful of love — being so far from nature and disconnected from GAIA and our own Soul…I treated you like shit.

I’m sorry. I never appreciated you, I always talked down to you and about you, and I was ashamed of you for so any reasons. Stupid reasons that I now don’t even remember where they came from. I shouldn’t have treated you like that. I just didn’t understand you, I was so frustrated.

I never really wanted to cause Us more pain, or to hurt you with my recklessness.

I just wanted it to go away and I was so confused.

You know this better than anyone, I didn’t want to be here. I wanted to die and I was doing my best to kill myself, even if it was slowly — that is the truth.

I know what you are now.

You are my best friend, my partner 24/7 along with my Soul and I know that you were designed for me and it is my job to take care of you so you will be viable, healthy and feel love and live for a very long time.

I know now that it was my job to figure out the most complex machine there is on this planet — not only for myself but to help others understand their own.

You, beautiful most amazing vessel for my Divine Soul has always known what I did not.

I love you so much. You are so amazing. Thank you for taking over and doing your best to get me through each day when I was in so much pain. I hated you, but I didn’t know any better.

These last few years of understanding Us had been the very best of my life, as you are well aware.

Living with you like we have has been living miracles upon miracles and I know now that we needed the hard times to get to the good times.

But YOU always knew.

You knew that I needed to feel what I felt, live what I lived so I could know pain and how to help and heal others one day.

Now, I know that too.

We have come together, the way we were always meant to. Finally.

We are greater than anything I could have ever have imagined as that confused, sick, tired human who just wanted to go home.

Now, I want nothing more than to be with you for as long as I possibly can. Making beautiful creations, inspiring and healing others, loving each other and showing the world what is possible.

I promise to get better and better at treating you the way you deserve to be treated.

Evolving

I was sick for so long, 39 years not knowing that I was a Medical Medium, Natural Energy Healer, Psychic Physical Empath amongst other things…

I ended up with a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia a chronic illness when I was 25. It only took 20 years to put a name to what was wrong with me, still the diagnosis said my body was the problem, when it was my energy that was the problem — and my ignorance.

Life was hell, I was always in pain and on medications and unable to work and I felt as though I lived in a prison, I just wanted to escape.

Eventually, I was guided to learn about myself upon entering a meditation that became something else. There I was told about myself, my body, my energy and how clear out energy, heal my energy system and really, truly not be sick anymore.

The energy that was making me sick, tired, in pain and messing with everything was transmuted.

It all happened very quickly — just a few minutes (go to my website for the full story).

Life Was Painful & Not Fun

There was so much I didn’t know for so long that had me sick and hurting and hating life.

I know many people hate their bodies for various reasons. I get that. I used to feel that way too, as you can see.

Really think about what that does to us.

To our energy, to our mental and physical bodies. To us spiritually — it causes such a disconnection to everything, and it makes us sick or more sick.

It’s not good to hate anything, let alone the very body your life sits in.

The health of our relationship with our bodies is up to us, and it’s a huge part of self care.

I know that as time goes on, more and more people will break free and become something different than they always thought they were. It’s possible for all of us, not just me.

Miracles?

I was told when I was 26 that I eventually I was going to have issues in my neck due to my discs degenerating and the vertebrae beginning to compress. I asked what I could do, and there really wasn’t anything, besides try to keep things as “open” as possible with chiropractic work. Which I did off and on for most of my life.

Two years ago I woke up to a new reality. My bones in my neck were crunching together, just like he told me they would do. However, there was no build up or warning, it just happened. It hurt, a lot. More than I can even begin to describe. I had felt a lot of pain in my days, as you have read — this was on another level. This was hearing and feeling the bones grind. This was pushing on nerves that radiated out everywhere.

This was the inability to move my head in different directions, but then forgetting what those were. Eventually being scared to move. Uh-oh.

This was severe. We’re talking spine, nerves, vertebrae…Serious business-and no insurance.

So what’s a girl to do with no insurance and a crunchy neck? Heal it herself. Luckily, I am me. Luckily I can heal myself rather easily now. Luckily, because people who experience this are seriously screwed. Surgery is really risky, invasive, and there’s no guarantee that things will be better.

I was guided to get a blow-up traction contraption for my neck, purchased on Amazon. After creating space, I got to work with Infinite Love Light Energy, channeling it right in there and making new disc.

It worked. Immediately the pain was better after one session, but to actually regenerate disc was about 2 weeks totally, mostly daily the first week, and then just a few treatments the 2nd week.

I nearly forgot about all of this, but the client I’m working with these past few days has a disc issue in her back, and we are doing the same thing with her.

With myself, I can constantly go in and work. When I heal others, I go in once, and the body takes over along with the persons intent to heal and working in meditation, etc.

We ended up having to go back in, today in fact because she reported the Sciatica nerve pain that she used to get before she had those nerves burned about a month ago.

The only reason she started feeling pain in burned nerves is because we started healing everything there. Specifically, making new disc just like we did for me, and healing all the soft tissue, nerves etc. Those burned nerves were part of it. Waking up the nerves, rejuvenating everything.

If there was ever any proof that we’re really working with healing energy, it’s when DEAD, BURNED NERVES start acting up the day after being infused with Infinite love Light Energy. Imagine that!

I’m sharing all of this because I want to convey as clearly as possible how real it is when you work with your body under certain circumstances. Even growing new disc for yourself, without stem-cells, without a hospital, without a needle…Just Infinite Love Light Energy. But it’s not any frequency-it is the highest vibration in creation-what our Souls are made from and what our Life Force energy is too, so when we infuse that into any spot-it gets to work. For real.

What’s so cool is that I can be at home in California and my client is in Houston, Texas. Talk about convenient.

I implanted the healing energy after clearing her out, now she’s keeping it going through intention and her own life force. She’s working on it herself to keep this healing and rejuvenation process going.

It’s a beautiful thing.

Hate Your Body?

No matter what our situation is physically, we can change it if we chose to.

We can decide to open up to the possibilities of what our bodies can do, how awesome they are, and why some of us were put here to be able to work with the energy of others.

Just like doctors go to school to help people, I was born to help people and animals BTW.

We live these impossible lives that teach us about ourselves and how to work our specific abilities and tools. The impossible set of challenges that afforded me the circumstances to experience what I needed to in order to gather the tools and bring it all together…

For some of us it takes 40+ years to put the pieces together, to hear and feel the guidance well enough to walk a path of discovery into a new world.

That’s what I did. I went from super sick to super healer not only because it was possible, but because I eventually understood it was possible.

Own It To Fix It

Unfortunately, we can be the most abusive people to ourselves in our lives — while pointing fingers out to those other people and circumstances that transgress upon us. Denying how we are abusive to our own selves.

Nothing is going to change until you realize what needs changing.

Just like any relationship, healing your relationship with your body and healing the body comes from the sincere desire to get well, to move past hurts and pain and begin anew.

Be real about how you treat or treated your body, and yourself in general. Own it. Promise to do better, and do better. Declare your love for your body, no matter the condition it is in now, and start fresh.
