Summary

The article discusses the pervasive issue of political and media corruption in America, leading to widespread public delusion and confusion, and suggests seeking truth through international news sources.

Abstract

The author of the article laments the current state of American politics and media, highlighting a drastic decline in integrity and an increase in deliberate obfuscation by both Democrats and Republicans. The piece reflects on a time when media held corruption at bay, citing examples like the investigation of Watergate. However, it argues that since the Obama era, political parties have colluded with big tech and deep-pocketed sponsors, prioritizing personal gain over standards and honesty. The article points out the division and mistrust sown by media bias and the failure to uphold truth, as evidenced by the fining of Democrats for promoting a false collusion narrative and the initial denial of the authenticity of Hunter Biden's laptop. It suggests that Americans are increasingly gullible and that the nation has lost its moral compass, with leaders from both sides manipulating the media to deflect attention from their own corruption. The author concludes by urging citizens to seek the truth independently, recommending UK news sources like BBC News as a starting point for uncovering the realities behind the domestic media's "maniacal liberal agenda."

  • The article suggests that the current division and mistrust in the U.S. are a result of media misinformation and the promotion of false narratives.
  • It is implied that the American public has become more gullible and less informed, contributing to the nation's lost status as a global leader.
  • The author advocates for individual responsibility in seeking the truth, bypassing American media in favor of international news sources.

My Country, ’Tis It Thee?

Delusion confusion is a stark reality at present: it’s very dangerous

It’s sad just how deluded and confused most Americans are. What made America great for so long was that corruption was held to a minimum. Media investigated corruption in those days, as in Watergate, our role in Vietnam, and many others, to the benefit of keeping our politicians as honest as possible.

The majority of our leaders, in those days, had standards which they had tried to live up to and enforce.

Then we had Obama, and Democrats became flush with rampant obfuscation, and most of it was due to simply wanting to line their own pockets. Terrible to say, but now known to be true, they had fallen under the evil influence of big tech and sponsors with big deep pockets.

We no longer have any standards to even try to live up to.

Many Republicans were no better and piled on the bandwagon. It is at this time that leaders from both sides, along with their media, are compromised so much that we will never know the truth from fiction.

To say that we have lost our way is an understatement on the scale of saying that the Holocaust had never existed. Anyone in our country with a brain, which surprisingly is much less a percentage than it used to be, is outright petrified! They don’t see a way out of this. To believe that we can trust any of our media ever again similarly takes gullibility to an infinite level.

The Dems were fined for their promoting a false narrative over the collusion illusion. Their media promised their viewers that collusion was a fact. According to Politico:

The Steele dossier, which was first made public when BuzzFeed News published it in January 2017, contained a variety of accurate, inaccurate, unproven and sometimes salacious allegations about ties between Russia and Donald Trump, as well as others in his orbit.

Their leaders and their media denied a laptop, and even if there was one, denied it had anything incriminating. According to The New York Post:

Washington Post op-eds also called the emails ‘unverified‘ and said they ‘have never been authenticated,’ and a news analysis dismissed the New York Post’s reporting as ‘sketchy.’

Are you kidding me? All of this was blatant obfuscation, plain and simple!

Obfuscation, according to the Cambridge Dictionary, is: the act of making something less clear and less easy to understand, especially intentionally.

So, what happened and how come?

Skillfully, the party leaders on both sides got behind their media darlings to convince their constituents just how evil the other side was.

So long as they could keep doing that, it took the pressure away from anyone finding out the truth about their own corruption.

Now, we fight amongst ourselves and disagree and argue, and refuse to look at the bigger picture. Human nature dictates that it’s a lot easier to get on the bandwagon and point fingers than to try to understand the principles and values of others whose ideas are different/opposite from our own.

To summarize: we truly are a lost nation, and to think that we might have any positive leadership when it comes to other countries, their governments, and issues across the globe, is laughable. To those who voted for him, look how many retractions the White House has made after Biden spoke before NATO and in Poland.

In fact, ask anyone from other countries who are allies with the United States how we are doing, and they will scoff at you, because what they see (correctly) is that U.S. has been done in by its own false media promoting a maniacal liberal agenda!

There is one solution only:

Each American citizen must do whatever it takes to find out the truth, the real truth, at all costs. I suggest starting with BBC News, or other media from the UK.
