My Constant Writing Companion.

There is something I can scarcely do without when writing, reading, or working.

I’m not talking about my desk or computer although they are essential.

It’s also not my notepad and pen, although these are also my constant working companions.

The thing I struggle to do without is music. It’s the habit I keep reminding my brain a time of concentration is at hand.

It primes me for work.

It must be music without any spoken words. I started with classical, and these days my YouTube takes me on journeys through Lofi hip hop or coding music playlists.

Although, the only thing I’m coding is the order of words.

Without fail, it also puts me in a calm yet engaged mood. It keeps me focused on the task at hand.

How about you? What habits do you have to keep on task? Let me know 😁
