Shubha Apte is an Executive Coach and Management Consultant. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and comes from the world of technology in India. Her experience includes working as a Senior Business Leader in Global Technology Companies.
After spending over 35 years in a corporate career, she left with a desire to help young leaders navigate the myriad challenges they face in the corporate world and started executive coaching and consulting in 2015.
Shubha has facilitated leadership programs for aspiring women leaders and has been invited as a keynote speaker at Women’s leadership events.
She is a nature lover and travel enthusiast who loves exploring new places in India and abroad.
She blogs on Medium and writes about her experiences in the corporate world, on nature, food, self-improvement, and travel.
She loves gardening and believes in recharging her energy by engaging in quiet and solitary activities. She writes for the Lead Change Group, Himalayan Writing Retreat, and has published articles in Borderless and Kitaab.
