BATTLE OF THE BALLS

My “Balls” are Also “Google Famous”

Michael Burg is not the only one

I just read a story by Michael Burg, MD (AKA Medium Michael Burg), freshly released in his Doctor Funny publication.

In it he reported that when you google Michael Burg balls you come straight to a piece he published in December, quaintly and simply titled “Balls.” It’s a short riff on the many ways we use the word balls in our every day parlance.

He also mentioned Krystal Mossbarger and her recent musings on dingleberries.

It turns out she was the first to wisely make the connection — via google — between Burg and his balls.

Burg ‘n balls. It has a nice ring.

Well, I’m here to announce that I too wrote a article in December about balls.

My piece was about my poor mother’s hapless attempt to create “holiday balls” in her kitchen, a tortuous adventure into all the ways this creation went sadly, but hilariously, wrong.

I too am at the very top of the google search: Deborah Camp balls. With about 8,990,000 results, my article was numero uno.

So I guess it’s on. Has anyone else reached the top of the charts with their balls stories?

If so, do tell.
