Let’s Eat Low Carbs Food

Here are some quick tips for your next meal and this is what I do every day. If you are one of those bulging bellies but not pregnant? Maybe you too need to check on low carbs food.

Why should we choose to eat low carbs food?

Base on myself, I have asymptomatic up blood pressure.

Eating high carbs food makes my blood pressure up and can make me feel bloated too. An example of this is eating white rice. But if I eat brown rice and boiled banana, I feel normal. Do you have a similar case to share?

Also, seems my tummy looks bulgy like pregnant, this is why I choose the low carbs food.

Most of all, I choose low carbs food because I want to keep my weight, a flatter tummy that I can wear a nice fitting dress to look and feel sexy. Because to me, I only live once and I have to make the best of my life. Wouldn’t you?

My approach to Low Carbs food is simple and it is about the right choice of food intake into our day-to-day life.

These meals are only some of what I could think of today. I will be actively writing about some samples of low carbs diet to give you some motivation. (please follow me)

I came from a background of a family that plants rice. I am a Filipina. In my country, we cannot survive in a day not eating white rice. Rice is the main meal you see on every Filipino plate, maybe not anymore today.

In my own description about low carbs diet is staying away from bad carbs. To me, an example of bad carbs is sugary food and white rice, and of course a lot of other stuff.

Let’s go back to the old days.

Back in my teens, in the Philippines, there were no McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, and a lot more Fast food chains. Many Filipino women were so slim and fit. We do not eat fried stuff because we do not know all this food.

When fast-food chains like Mcdonald's came to the Philippines, most Filipino women became fat. Do you think we shall blame these companies?

Maybe blame ourselves. Every food we intake and every action we do is because we do not have disciplines. Of course, when it is new to us, we like to try until we cannot escape from it.

I am not sure if this is a cheap version kind of food in many developing countries like the Philippines. Maybe to others who do not want to have the time to prepare food of their own as they do not have time to buy and cook at home.

However, there are ways in choosing the right food. If you choose the low carbs diet, you can be in better shape.

Let me introduce you to some Food Ideas which make me feel great and not guilty after eating them. Somehow my low carbs diet and not so low carbs.
