One of my best stories have been the previous one earning report:

I am extremely happy because the read ratio is very high (84%) even when I still don’t have hundreds of views:

Consistency Is The Key
The world is often divided into the passionate sprinters and the patient marathoners.
While both have their merits, it’s the steady pace of the marathoner, or more specifically, their consistency, that often takes the trophy in the long run.
But why is consistency so important, and how can one maintain it without compromising quality for quantity?
Why Consistency Matters
- Builds Trust: Whether it’s a brand, a writer, or any professional, consistent performance fosters trust. We love our morning coffee to taste the same each day, don’t we?
- Forms Habits: Consistency makes actions automatic. When an action becomes a habit, it’s less effort and more reflex.
- Enhances Skills: Practice might not always make perfect, but it sure does make better. Regular and consistent practice hones skills like nothing else.
- Promotes Accountability: When you commit to consistency, you set an expectation not just for others but for yourself. It’s a promise that you aim to keep.
- Boosts Visibility: In a world flooded with content and noise, being consistent ensures you remain visible and relevant.
Balancing Quality and Quantity
But here’s the puzzle piece that often gets lost: pumping out content or products consistently doesn’t mean their quality should diminish. Here’s how to keep that balance:
- Start Small: Instead of committing to write 2000 words a day, start with 100. It’s easier to maintain consistency when the task isn’t daunting.
- Plan Ahead: A content calendar or a to-do list ensures you’re not always reacting. By planning, you have the luxury to focus on quality.
- Set Realistic Expectations: It’s okay if you can’t churn out a masterpiece daily. Aim for consistency in effort and improvement, not necessarily in output.
- Embrace Continuous Learning: The more you know, the better you can produce. Regularly update your skills and knowledge.
- Quality Checks: Periodically review your work. Is it up to your standards? If you find the quality dropping, it might be time to reassess your pace.
- Remember Your ‘Why’: Your purpose will keep you grounded. If you’re consistent just for the sake of it, you might lose sight of quality. But if you remember why you started and who you’re doing it for, you’re more likely to strive for quality.
Earnings Results
So at the moment, I have earned $184.74:

I have spent a lot of hours writing, connecting and learning and I didn’t expect to have these results so soon. I am committed to the long term (years?) but it’s still very satisfying to see my numbers growing slowly but steady.

The number of followers is growing very fast.
The subscribers ratio is 2% and I would like to increase it in the coming months.
I am preparing some new experiments that I’ll share with you to see if I can improve that ratio.
