Must Medium Content be Innovative?
Is this one way to raise the number of readers who read your work?
I wonder if the key to getting more readers and making more money on Medium is by creating innovative and entertaining content.
Has the present content reached saturation level on Medium and are most writers now going over the same topics?
Entertainment Value: Are most of the articles you read on Medium interesting or do they lack that special flavor. Would you say that writers are now just churning out articles mechanically? Personally, I try to add the fun, poetic, and entertainment factor to my writings.
Reader Boredom: Are more readers ignoring topics that are being presented by writers using similar facts? Has it reached that saturation point on Medium where if you read one article on losing weight, you can be sure that the twenty other articles on becoming slimmer are recycling the same ten facts?
Perspective: I agree that we all have different perspectives on subjects that matter to us, But, if you have read three ways to boil an egg will you have the time and the patience to read four similar articles?
Reader Loyalty: When your readers like the way you write and present your information, they will read your work. If you are a seasoned writer on Medium, you are sure to have your band of loyal followers, who will cross oceans and climbs mountains of other writers' articles, just to read your latest work.
Topics: It may be time for the creation of new perspectives on familiar topics. Writers need to find unique ways to present information. This could also herald the birth of new creative ideas. It is up to creative writers to innovate and produce new types of issues, which are faced on a daily basis, but which are not highlighted. The creation of new forms of thinking and writing will definitely make waves in the literary field of Medium.
Presentation: We need to create innovative presentations on familiar topics. What do I mean by innovative presentations? Personally, I like to write about key issues but from a more creative angle. I present my subject as a story or a poem, just a bit of prose, to make it palatable to the reader.
Personally. I enjoy writing on Medium and sharing my ideas. I am not focusing on the statistics too much. I am at present happy to write and share my ideas with readers.
