Music Resources from Illuminati Ganga

As you know Illuminati Ganga periodically writes small articles regarding important or interesting music, criticism, and whatever you like — as long as it has a good beat and you can dance to it — the all-important criteria developed by IG Agent 112 — back when he still had access to the fountain of youth.

Recently we have started a critical project to find and compare various songs and artists across the Multiverse, led by The DJs OF Evil

Multiversal Comparisons Listing

Yes, an investigation of the worlds in which Bruce Springsteen sang Paradise by the Dashboard Light and Meatloaf sang Thunder Road (please note, we have yet not found a universe where both of these things happened, there were two separate universes in the Multiverse analyzed in this study)

This was our evaluation of two significant musical divergences in Universe SPurlos a universe very close to ours but where some of the signature differences were that:

CCR did a lot of acid at the wrong moment and decided to make a masterpiece concept album to make sure everyone knew they were better than the Grateful Dead (who at the time had all the critical accolades of every stoner in San Francisco) and that the Moon landing happened a year earlier on March 5th, another minor difference that had far reaching consequences for music is that a young Mike Scott’s family moved from Scotland to work the oil fields n Louisiana and as a consequence a young man was not so steeped in Celtic rock and punk as he was in the funky sounds of Allen Toussaint and the Neville Brothers

IG Agents 9 and 84, part of the Djs of Evil were not available for this article, and IG Agent 19 had to reach out to IG Agent 18 with very mixed results. As you know IG Agent 18 is a poet and somewhat a talkative jerk, basically he spent most of the evening talking up crazy stuff he did when in his teens in a bid for street cred.

Musical Criticism

Aside from that we intend to write a few more articles taking apart some of the wrong headed evaluations of artists because someone is wrong on the internet and it is that damn ranking

Anyway as we intend to write more on music in the future it will be useful to gather things here and to place them together.

One item of note is that our usual musical correspondent IG Agent 9 seems to have gone missing after being seen at a private showing for friends and Agents of the beloved Thanksgiving Holiday classic Bartholomew — supposedly he had expressed an interest in seeing the film because the guy who did the soundtrack went insane after making the soundtrack — which — I’m just going to put it out there — that is a really stupid reason to see a movie.

At any rate at some point during the movie it has been reported he left after posting a message on our twitter feed that Bartholomew was a twisted portal to hell, this tweet was later deleted by another Agent. He left behind a single piece of paper with the words “Ayhua — Schultz” scribbled on them. There are of course some obvious theories that might be brought up from this information but we are going to keep those in house at the moment — at any rate if anybody knows the whereabouts of IG Agent 9 do not approach them alone but please notify Illuminati Ganga immediately
