When the Shadows From Our Eyes Drift Away

Muddy waters become clearer, when the shadows from our eyes drift away, when the fog clears from our eyes and mind, when the pain begins to dissipate and become an invisible haze. When the light enters the darkness, the black becomes grey, then a pristine white. It is only then when the muddy waters become clear, and we see ourselves clearly in the light of day.

I’m sure this was prompted by a line written by Diana C, but I can’t find it to reference it for the life of me. I still would like to thank Diana C for something somewhere that hits a chord, which triggers a thought and spurs me to write…..
