Are you feeling useless? Look at the redwood trees - if they counted every ant bite and tough weather, they would never grow to live over a thousand years. Sway to the winds Be gentle to the storm and slowly and steadily…

… the barriers will break one by one.

Feeling lonely? Appreciate being alone, look at the sky, clouds, mountains, rivers, the ocean. Feel the stars as you contemplate the universe…

…you will feel united.

Are you confused? Then just listen under the noise and misunderstandings. She never shouts she never yells she only whispers — so you must listen…

…intuition.

Maybe, there is no need to try hard but do simple things…

…with deeper experiences.

Feel your heart, between your head and toes. And you will find…
