Climate change is no longer a doomsday prophecy, it’s a reality.

Astrid Nøklebye Heiberg

Lakes of fire, Forests of water, She is wondering Who will die next?

Flames flare from the faucets.

Preserve and conserve, Tries to stand firm, Overwhelmed By pillage and plunder.

All things die. Who cares about the future? I won’t be here to see it. What matters is now.

Traffic in poison is the currency of the land.

The great goddess, appalled and bewildered At the wanton cruelty, the willful ignorance, Gazes at the dying future And weeps.

We should cherish, not ravage the earth.
