For the month of June, the theme here at Promptly Written will be

Finding joy and seeking fun!

I don’t know about you, but after the doldrums of Winter and then watching everything come back alive in Spring, I am ready for some fun in the sun of Summer. June has always been a special month for me for three reasons — 1) Father’s Day in the US. I had a special bond with my dad and loved showering him with love and presents on Father’s Day. 2) My birthday! Yep I am a June baby and just barely squeezed into the sign of Gemini. 3) Summer Solstice! Long days and short nights. Tons of sun. Endless moments to find joy and seek out some fun times. Summer, baby!

Let’s see if we cannot strike up some amazing stories this month with our Monthly Theme and Writing Sparks!
