Monsters of the Sea.
The Wasteful Casting off of Coconut Trees into the Sea.

Hairy monsters of the sea, Razor-sharp shell-like teeth In gaping mouths Come crawling out from shifting tides On hardened bellies Inquisitively searching out new prey.
Not satisfied feasting on swimmers And surfers, they are hungry today And need more human nourishment.
Once graceful and beautiful These monsters were turned by Man And cast into the sea where they roam Within their new domain, Un-natural to the surroundings of their birth Where they flourished among their kind.
I would like to meet these human monsters And cast them into a torturous environment Of their own making, Where they can become monsters Within their own minds to pay for the Wasteful abuse of beautiful coconut trees.

At this point of having been here for the best part of two months, it is now time to give credit to two authors/writers here on Illumination who’s writing I believe everyone, should be reading!
Eli Snow’s creative writing talent is second to none. Jamie McIntosh has thought-provoking social issues to address.
