I could tell in her eyes that she was taking all of this in, expecting the shoe to drop for me to tell her she had to do something she didn’t want to do.

There was another look in her eyes as I saw she was looking out the window. The snow, which had been falling lightly, was now coming down harder. I looked back at Sophia, knowing she would do anything not to go back out there.

“You don’t have to do anything,” I smiled.

“You keep saying that, but no one does something like this for nothing,” Sophia said as she took her eyes off the window. “Not in my experience anyway.”

“You have my word,” I said as I stood up. “You don’t have to do anything, but be you,” I smiled. “Trust me.”

“Didn’t your father say that? Before he took everyone’s money?” Sophia asked.

“Ah, so you do know my family,” I nodded. “Yes, my father, well my father was not the man anybody thought he was, he….” I shook my head. “I am not my father.”

“So, nothing?” Sophia asked as she looked up at me from her chair.

“No, but it’s good that you ask questions,” I smiled. “It shows you are not gullible like most people.”

“My mother before she passed always told me to ask questions, or I wouldn’t know anything,” Sophia smiled.

“My mother said the same thing,” I nodded at a large picture of my mother on the wall.

“She is beautiful,” Sophia said as she got up and looked at the picture.

“She was the beacon that shone in this dull home,” I nodded. “It was hard watching her go.”

“Cancer, right?” Sophia asked.

“Yes,” I nodded. “There went the theory that we were hiding the cure for cancer,” I shrugged. “If we had the cure surely, we would have saved her.”

Sophia yawned.

“Go to bed,” I said as I opened the door. One of the helpers was standing outside, ready to take her to one of the many guest rooms. “I promise nothing will happen to you tonight.”

“What about tomorrow?” Sophia asked.

“I will have one of the drivers take you wherever you want to go, you have my word,” I smiled.

“Goodnight,” Sophia said.

“Night,” I smiled.

I smiled as I entered the dining room in the morning. Sophia was already at the table. In front of her were pancakes, sausages, bacon, and omelets.

“Good morning,” I smiled. “We are using cutlery today I see.”

I sat down at the table’s far side as my usual was brought out. A cup of tea and a bagel.

“That’s all you are going to have?” Sophia asked.

“Yes, I don’t eat much, and I have a busy day,” I nodded.

“But it’s Sunday, and you’re rich,” Sophia said.

“The world doesn’t stop turning on Sundays,” I said. “There are always opportunities and things needing to get done.”

“The rich always want more money,” Sophia said.

“And power, don’t forget about power,” I nodded. “Have you decided on where you want to go?”

That took the smile from her face as she looked out the window at the white blanket that covered the ground.

“If you want to stay you can, or if you want to leave you can. It’s up to you, but I have things to handle,” I said as I stood up. “I will be gone for a few days.”

“If I stay here, I will be by myself?” Sophia asked.

“If you stay, nothing will happen to you, I have told my help that they are to do what you tell them,” I said as Albert came into the room. “I hope to see you when I get back.”

I left the house with Albert by my side.

“She’s staying,” Albert said as he looked down at his phone as we boarded my private plane.

“Of course, she is,” I said as I took a seat.

“Sir?” Albert asked as he sat down.

“Albert, no questions remember?” I said, staring at him.

“I have a plan, that’s all you and the others have to know, understand?” I stated.

“Yes sir,” Albert nodded.

“Good,” I nodded.

Days turned into weeks, then into months, and then years.

Sophia no longer looked like the woman I had taken off the street three years ago.

Sophia had dyed her hair a bright red and fixed her teeth so they were perfectly straight and bright white. She had a wardrobe that most celebrities would envy and enough shoes to fill a small house from the floor to the ceiling.

I also gave her a place within my empire. She was happy, and it showed on her face as she greeted some of my employees as we left a charity event.

Sophia stopped as cameras lit up the night sky as she posed for pictures. I stood by as she took everything in and then got into the limousine.

“Brats,” Sophia shook her head as she threw her purse onto the seat.

“They like pictures of you,” I said.

“No, they like these,” Sophia said as she looked down at her ample chest.

Sophia didn’t like being flat-chested, so she decided to get implants, she was the one that decided to go big, and now they were the talk of the town.

“They weren’t my idea,” I smiled.

“But you like them,” Sophia said.

“Of course, what man wouldn’t?” I smiled as Sophia took to the floor.

“If they please my husband then who cares how many pictures they take,” Sophia said as she took my dick out and trapped it between her bolt-ons.

“Take the long way,” I said to the driver as I pushed the button for the divider.

Sophia bounced her big boobs on my dick as I stared down at her.

Three years ago, she had wild, feral eyes. Now those eyes were filled with nothing but the ache to please me and for money and power.

Sophia had done and said things in the past three years that she would have never been able to do or thought about doing before I picked her off the streets.

Sophia was like any other rich woman; she couldn’t care less about the homeless people we passed on the way. She loved the power of walking into a room and having all eyes on her.

Sophia loved going into any store and having the ability to buy anything she wanted. But most of all, she loved telling people what to do and watching as they scrambled to do her bidding.

“So close,” Sophia said as she stared up at me.

“Not like this,” I said as I bent her forward.

I lifted her skirt and pushed myself into her. I fucked her hard.

I never cared if she got off or how good it felt for her. She was my toy, a life-size toy that I had bought for me to do what I wanted with when I wanted, and she accepted it.

I knew about her relationship with one of the other drivers, and I could care less as long as when I wanted her, she was available.

I was sure it was his idea for her to get these big jugs. I grabbed them and squeezed them as hard as possible as I pushed myself into her and released my cum.

Sophia was a dumpster, a sex doll. And all it took was three years and less money than I used to buy my clothes. I had spent more money on my designer suits and shoes than it took to change her.

Sophia sat back down as she stared outside.

“Why are we down here?” she asked, finally realizing where we were.

“You will see

,” I smiled as I zipped up my pants and pulled on my suit, ensuring there were no stains.

We were back where I had picked her up. We passed under the same bridge where I had convinced her to get in the car.

Sophia’s eyes looked at the homeless people that littered the area. She was once one of them. A homeless urchin with nothing to her name.

“Ted?” Sophia said with a bit of worry in her voice.

“I promised you remember,” I smiled.

“Yes, but,” Sophia said as the car turned into a large warehouse area.

There were many other cars lined up in the parking lot.

“Ted? Where are we?” Sophia asked as we got out of the car. “Is this one of those fights?”

I had taken her to an underground fight club overseas once. She was so excited that night that she let me have my way with her in every possible way.

“Something like that,” I nodded.

We went into the warehouse and took the elevator down.

“Ted,” one of the other guys said.

“Jacob,” I nodded.

The other lady in the elevator was just like Sophia, a dolled-up fuck toy that Jacob probably made or purchased. Sophia and the other lady stared at each other as the elevator went further down.

“Ted,” Sophia said again as the place was dark, there were carvings on the wall, and she was scared.

“Trust me,” I smiled.

“Ted,” a colossal man said as he looked down at me.

“My offering,” I said as I pushed Sophia forward.

“Offering? Ted, what’s going on?” Sophia asked with complete fear in her eyes.

“Questions,” I shook my head. “They only work on them,” I said, stabbing an injection needle into Sophia’s neck. “I am human, they don’t work on me. I can lie,” I shrugged.

Sophia slowly fell unconscious to the ground.

“You might want to remove her tongue first,” I said as I brushed my suit off. “She asks a lot of questions,” I looked down at Sophia’s limp body on the floor. “Did you get my other offering? It should have been delivered earlier today, a young man?”

“Yes, we did. He was feisty,” the giant demon smiled as it dragged Sophia’s body to the cutting room.

I stepped over Jacob’s offering on the way to my favorite room. I loved watching the demons as they cut their victims into pieces for their smaller insect-looking demons they called imps.

Sometimes they threw the whole bodies into the room, and I would watch and laugh as the humans tried to run and crawl their way out before being eaten alive.

“Ted Landerston,” a voice said from behind me.

I stopped looking at the massacre below me and stood rooted to the spot.

“Follow,” the man said as he walked away.

“Yes sir,” I said as I followed him.

I went into the backroom. None of the human followers were allowed back here. My father only dreamed of coming back here. He would stare at the black steel door and wish he would be called to enter one day.

My father was the one that introduced me to this world. My mother was the one that carved the runes on my back so no demon could possess me.

I knew that the man in front of me was no longer human. A high demon had possessed him a long time ago. To be possessed, a person had to be evil at heart and done harm to someone or was willing to do anything for more power and greed.

The low demons like vampires and succubus could bite or enchant their way into a human, but they were minor players in a massive league. And not even close to having the abilities of the man in front of me.

I had watched a possession by a high demon once when I was younger. My father smiled as I looked at the demon enter the man through his mouth, his bones cracked, and he screamed out loud before it was over. Then the demon fixed his body, which was that; the next night, my mom ensured it wouldn’t happen to me.

I passed a giant suit of armor. It looked like it had wings.

“An archangel’s suit of armor,” the man said as I stopped to look at it. “It’s a reminder to all of us,” he said as he looked at it. “If we don’t follow the rules one of these will drop from the sky, and kill us all.”

“One against so many?” I asked. Staring at the large silver armor. It stood taller than me, maybe eight feet tall, and the wings were splayed out longer than any wingspan I had seen before. Each feather in the wing looked like large swords.

“One of them can kill every demon and human in this building,” he said. “Only an elder can fight one of them. Keep following.”

I followed him and saw two demons bickering. A man and a woman. They were arguing very loudly and almost at ends with each other, and most of the others were keeping away from them.

“What’s that about?” I asked as we passed them.

“Brother and sister, they are mad their father has called them home,” the man said. “He is one of the elders.”

“The elders have children?” I asked.

“Yes, so if I was you, I would avoid eye contact,” the man said.

I slowly looked back and saw the two of them staring at me. I quickly turned around and hurried forward. I knew the elders were the most powerful of all the demons and knew none of the runes on my body would protect me from them.

“Here,” he said as he stopped.

In the room were other humans; it was easy to tell that they were humans because their eyes didn’t glow any colors or were darkened in the firelight. Lamps of fire hung from the ceiling.

The man turned around and left, leaving me here.

“You made it,” one of the men said.

“We’ve been interested in you, since what you did with your father,” another man said as they pulled me further into the large room.

“Thanks,” I said as they offered me a drink. “The inner sanctum, right?”

“Told you he was smart,” the first said. “No names here, okay?”

I nodded.

“We have a lot to talk about, so take a seat,” another said as we sat down.

“How did it go sir?” Albert asked as I returned to the car.

“Just like I planned,” I replied as I sat down.

My mother didn’t die from cancer. We cured her cancer days after her diagnosis, and my father gave her up as an offering.

On my twenty-first birthday, when my father told me to offer up Albert, I turned and drugged him instead. I still remember the shocked look on his face as he fell to the floor.

The demons were so impressed that they promised me I would get into the sanctum if I kept offering them.

“Thank you again sir,” Albert said.

“No problem, Albert,” I said, sitting back.

Albert was the one that played catch with me and taught me how to drive. He even took me to a ball game, while my father did nothing for me but donate his sperm and tell me what to do.

“Now, drive around for a bit. I need to find our next offering,” I said.

“Yes sir,” Albert said.

The End

Thank you for reading. Money Changes Everything

They say money doesn’t corrupt, but sometimes they are wrong!

This story is set in my demon world. You DO NOT have to read the other stories to enjoy this one, but it does make the ending a lot better.

Previous stories in this series in order: Wrong Questions and Too Good to be True

I loved the city in the winter, I liked seeing the streets covered in white powder, but most of all, I liked seeing the people walking fast and trying to escape the cold.

“Sir, will we be going straight home?” Albert asked. He was driving me back home tonight after a long night.

“Yes,” I said, sitting in the back of the big limousine.

“Stupid bitch!” Albert shouted as a homeless woman gave him the finger as she walked across the road.

“Albert,” I said, shaking my head. “Pull over,” I ordered.

“Sir?” Albert asked again.

“I said pull over,” I ordered.

Albert, ever the man to do what anybody in my family told him, slowly pulled the car to the side of the road.

“You are not going out there are you?” Albert asked. “Not in this neighborhood!”

“Stay in the car,” I ordered as I got out.

The night cold hit me hard. The wind drove the cold straight through my clothes and into my bones. I wrapped my arms around my body to fend off the cold. I walked towards the lady who was now under the bridge.

“I am sorry about my driver,” I said as I approached her.

“Get the fuck away from me!” the lady yelled, holding out a small rusty knife that could barely cut a piece of paper, let alone hurt a person.

“I was just trying to apologize for my driver’s rude behavior,” I said, holding my hands up.

With my years of self-defense classes and fencing and other arts on my side, I could quickly disarm her if I needed, but the look on her face was wild, almost feral.

“Fuck off!” she said as she started looking through the trash that made up her shopping cart.

“Do you have a place to stay tonight?” I asked. “It’s going to get below freezing.”

“What part of fuck off don’t you understand!” the lady said again as she pulled out a sweater that had more holes in it than a colander.

“I donate to many charities, maybe one of them can help you?” I asked.

The lady started walking up the embankment to go under the bridge. Looking up there, I could see many of the homeless under part of the bridge. This was how they intended to weather the night’s frigid temperature.

“Fuck the hell off!” she waved.

“I can help you,” I said again. “A nice place to stay, a fireplace and warm food.”

The lady stopped and turned.

I could tell by the look on her face she hadn’t eaten a decent meal in months, maybe years.

“What do I have to do?” the lady said, wiping her face. “The whores are two blocks down.”

“Nothing, it’s my way of saying sorry,” I shrugged. “Please, it’s very cold.”

The temperature was dropping by the minute, and I was freezing.

“No, stupid stuff, right?” the lady said, slowly walking toward me. “You’re not going to take me to some place and have your way with me or do some experiments or other bullshit, right?”

“No, I just want you to get out of tonight’s freezing weather, and then you can return tomorrow,” I nodded.

“Do it!” one of the people up the embankment yelled.

A few more mutters came from the gathered few.

“Alright, but you try anything I will cut you deep and watch you bleed out,” she said as she walked towards the car.

“Sir?” Albert asked, a bit stunned by the homeless woman entering the clean interior of our vehicle.

Outside I couldn’t smell her because of the wind, but in the confines of the limousine, she smelled ripe and trashy.

“Take us home Albert,” I ordered.

“Her as well?” Albert asked.

“Albert,” I said in my stern voice.

“Yes, sir,” Albert nodded.

I pushed the button to put the divider up so he could no longer hear us.

“What’s your name?” I asked.

“Not telling you,” the lady said. “I just want to get the food and some sleep, and you can bring me back here.”

“My name is Ted Landerston,” I smiled.

“Yeah right,” the lady laughed. “If you’re Ted Landerston, I am the Queen, or should I be the first lady?”

I pulled out my wallet and gave it to her. “Check it,” I smiled.

The lady rifled through my wallet, and her face dropped as she stared at my I.D. and then at me.

“Now you know my name, what is yours?” I asked.

“Sophia,” she said as she handed me back my wallet.

I noticed that all the money was gone. Two hundred dollars. It was my daily spending money, but I didn’t need to use it today.

“Keep it,” I smiled as I put my wallet away.

“Sure, what’s two hundred dollars to a man like you,” Sophia said.

Two hundred was like two dollars to me. It was nothing.

I owned one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies on four continents. I had buildings in every state and three countries, and I was currently putting up more.

I was once asked if I would ever enter politics and become president one day, and I answered the same way my father had.

‘Why would I want to take a pay cut and lose so much power and wealth?’

We sat in silence all the way home. Sophia’s eyes widened as she looked at the large gates opening and then at us pulling past the garage.

“That’s a nice house,” Sophia said as we passed it. “Do your servants live there?”

“No, but my cars and other vehicles do,” I smiled.

“We live there,” I said as I pointed to the large mansion.

My great-grandfather had it built many years ago. My grandfather had added to it, and then my father also did. I had the garage built.

One of my six butlers came out to the car and opened the door. Instantly his face turned as he saw and smelled Sophia.

“Sophia will be staying the night,” I said as I got out. “See that she gets all of our kindness and anything she may want for the night.”

“Yes sir,” Kellen said as he tried not to touch her.

“Sir?” Albert asked.

“No questions Albert, do my bidding please,” I said as I walked into the house.

“Yes sir,” Albert nodded as one of the drivers took the car.

Albert was my right-hand man and oversaw the others.

I went into my study, looked over some reports, and caught up on some reading.

It was a long time before Albert came into the room.

“Yes?” I asked, feeling his presence.

“Your guest is in the dining room,” Albert said with a bit of disgust in his voice.

“Thank you,” I nodded.

I walked through the long corridors and into the expanse of our enormous dining room. I still remember the first time I saw the large dining table. I used to race my toy cars down the middle.

“Happy?” I asked as I watched Sophia.

She was sitting at the farthest end, eating the dinner prepared for her like it was the last meal on the planet. Stuffing her face with both hands.

“Yes,” Sophia said, spitting out food as she talked.

I walked down the long table toward her.

“Cutlery,” I said as I smiled. “Makes it better and less messy.”

“But this is so good!” Sophia said as she ate.

It was pork loin with mashed potatoes and a red wine sauce, nothing that I would call extravagant, but I guess it was something extraordinary to her.

“Did you want more?” I asked.

“There’s more?” Sophia asked.

I pressed the button on the wall. “Can you prepare the lamb, oh and also a cherry crumb cake with vanilla ice cream,” I said over the house intercom.

“I haven’t had ice cream in years,” Sophia said, still stuffing her face with her fingers.

I sat beside her. Gone was the dirt and muck that had caked her face. Her hair, which I thought was dark black, was actually a blondish brown. She had green eyes and a lovely face.

She had horrible teeth that were black, mangled, and disgusting to look at, but overall, she might have been a pretty woman at one time.

“Don’t ask,” Sophia said as she caught me looking at her.

“I wouldn’t dare,” I nodded.

Whatever happened to her that caused her to be homeless was her story, not mine.

“When you are finished, you can join me in the lounge,” I nodded. “Ask one of the staff for directions. A person can get lost in this house, without directions.”

“You’re not going to eat?” Sophia asked.

“I already ate, but enjoy, if you want anything just ask,” I smiled. “We have a full pantry.”

I sat in my favorite chair, looking out the window as the snow started to fall. This used to be my father’s favorite place in the house. He would sit here for hours on end, not moving or talking to anyone, just looking out the window.

“Hello,” Sophia said as one of the helpers nodded at me as they left.

“Hello,” I replied.

“This is a very large house,” Sophia said as she entered the lounge.

“Yes, I suppose it is,” I nodded. “I have lived here all my life, I never saw it as big, just home.”

“Is it just you?” Sophia asked as she sat in one of the chairs.

“Yes, and the help staff, but they are on the other side of the house,” I said, turning my chair to face her.

Now that she had cleaned up, she had a homely look.

“You will see,” I smiled as I zipped up my pants and pulled on my suit, ensuring there were no stains.
