One Minute Read on Getting your Inner Peace Back
We are getting closer to the end of this year. I hope you all had a year full of growth in all areas of your lives. :)
If the year didn’t go as planned, then don’t worry, who on earth ever promised that things will happen to our plans anyway? Even the sky has no control over the clouds.
Today’s Wisdom The Power of Present Moment.
“The past no longer is, the future is not yet here; there is only one moment in which life is available, and that is the present moment.” ~ Buddha
Bad call, bad day or bad moment.
Don't let anything negative that is outside of you let you lose your inner peace. Easy to say but here is a trick;
Take a deep breath, feel the emotions, don’t let them have power over the peace that resides within.
If you don't know the peace that I am talking about then,
Take a deep breath again, And just take your awareness inside your body Not to your desk Not to your thoughts But into the body, feel your abdomen from within, consciously feel your lungs taking the air in, feel your feet, feel your spine. How does it feel to be in your little abode? Breathe slowly and deeply again.
Keep this practice to bring yourself back to your peace.
