The Monday Mashup had been stolen!
That’s right, Bradan Writes Stories swooped in and stole the next Mashup right out from under his nose. What kind of evil, no-good scheme could I be cooking up? What happened to all the points? Where’s the sheriff!?
Tally of the points earned thus far:
They’re gone. They’re all gone! Like a robbed bank there’s nothing left but smoke and broken dreams.
Prompt #1:
The ultimate heist is about to take place. How does it succeed, or fail?
Prompt #2:
Something was stolen and it needs to be put back. Write a reverse heist where your character breaks in to put something back.
Constraints: (Worth 1 bonus point each)
- Sack(s) of money
- Something explodes
- Make the stolen (or reverse stolen) item be something mundane
- Something that’s not a mask is used like a mask
Hardcore Constraint: (Worth 2 bonus points)
- Include the phrase “Hands up, this is a robbery!”
Literary Device: (Worth a MEGA 5 bonus points!)
- Include an example of foreshadowing.
Rules:
- Write a story based on one of the two main prompts.
- Include as many of the constraints in your story as possible.
