Molding My Hope
Into another’s loss
Could you stay in a happy dream if all you hear around you are whispers on the wind of wings broken and torn, of love that dwelled, then vanished, is it your hope only you hold or should you make a waterfall dripping kind words back into hearts, bringing a light where darkness reigned, turning a purple flame into an orange sunbeam?
It’s yours but now it’s theirs can hope stay with one person only?
Your love is not the same, what you wished is recast the clouds that stopped your flight are gone but so is thunder you look to new horizon but is there a just one story waiting or do you wish you could go back hold hands with twilight once again not knowing what you will receive.
A gift a loss heart torn with rays of wonder or one dream trampled to return to netherland, you are in all the shards rebuild the mirror and look in future is waiting but it won’t come down blindfold.
