Missing Conversations

Some of the past. A Poem.

Waiting in a line taking groceries home while a stranger behind me initiates a conversation cracking jokes, sharing wisdom.

Missing those times where a smile and conversations were a normal thing. Masks took the smiles away.

Namaste!

Thank you Lucy Dan 蛋小姐 (she/her/她) for tagging me.
