Mirror, Mirror On The Wall, Tell Me How I Should Feel Today
Is the scale in your bathroom hijacking your wellbeing?

How would you react if, upon waking each morning, someone yelled at your still sleepy face…?
“Damn body! I hate you!
You’re unable to control your appetite! Where’s your willpower?
Why can’t you pull yourself together in front of the plate as your best friend/sister/cousin/colleague at work/YouTuber [fill the blank] does? She is perfect!”
How would you react? What would you reply to that person?
I trust you would immediately put them in their place.
Unfortunately, this is how millions of women greet themselves each time they step on a scale.
Every day. For years. For decades.
At that very moment, the number they get from that device becomes the barometer of their wellbeing, setting up the ‘mood of the day’… pretty much like “Mirror, mirror on the wall…Tell me how I should feel today”…
A message to you, if this is part of your “good morning routine”
🧡Don’t you think it’s about time to decide for yourself the emotional state in which you want to face the day?
🧡How would your day look like if you stopped being a hostage of the scale?
And the most important one:
🧡 Don’t you think you deserve it?
