Summary

The article emphasizes the importance of cultivating positive thoughts and beliefs (seeds) to manifest a desirable life experience (harvest) by nurturing the subconscious mind (soil).

Abstract

The text, titled "The Day You Plant The Seed Is Not The Same Day You Enjoy The Harvest," is a metaphorical guide to understanding the power of thoughts. It compares the mind to a garden where every thought (seed) planted into the subconscious mind (soil) will eventually materialize into reality (harvest). The author, Hope Coalesce, encourages readers to be mindful of their thoughts, as they automatically and endlessly plant seeds that shape their experiences. By consciously directing the subconscious mind with positive suggestions, individuals can cultivate a garden of joy and happiness, rather than fear and negativity. The article also warns against the detrimental effects of weeds—metaphors for fear, doubt, and negativity—which can choke the growth of a positive harvest. The soil, representing the subjective mind, is depicted as a non-judgmental, obedient servant that will grow whatever is planted without question. Therefore, it is the individual's responsibility to plant the right seeds and trust the process without doubting or micromanaging the growth, as the subconscious mind is a "real overachiever" that guarantees results.

The Day You Plant The Seed Is Not The Same Day You Enjoy The Harvest

A note to the mind gardeners

The soil has one job and that is to nurture the seed. The harvest will come.

For a beautiful harvest to spring into our lives, all that we must do is plant the proper seeds, keep the weeds away, and trust the process.

Everything grows We plant things daily. We plant fear, love, resentment, hope, and misfortune. We reap a harvest from the things that we plant.

If we are mindful to see the connection between what we plant in our minds and what appears in our lives, we can then become masters of our personal experiences and live in joy. By rooting up the weeds and nurturing only the flowers within the beautiful garden of the mind, we can do this.

What are my seeds and where do I plant them? You thoughts are powerful beyond belief. They shape your reality. Your thoughts are your seeds! You plant your thoughts (seeds) into soil (the subjective mind) and once nurtured fully an objectification happens; your beautiful harvest arrives! Sounds great, right?

Well the funniest thing I must mention. Planting seeds is done endlessly, and automatically. So with every thought you have, you are planting. It is important then to be a good planter of seeds. It is imperative to become aware of what is happening in the midst of your garden.

You have different types of seeds, different types of thoughts. All thoughts are suggestions to your subjective mind. Suggestions then, are seeds. You have unconscious thoughts and you have conscious thoughts. Your unconscious thoughts happen regardless if you are aware of them or not. They run on some sort of auto-pilot.

Your conscious thoughts are the ones that you are aware of. You can purposely change your conscious thoughts so that the thoughts that you are not aware of (the unconscious thoughts) become the dominant ones playing suggestions on auto-pilot. This is huge for obtaining a beautiful garden and continuously reaping rewards from its beauty.

The law of nature and the likeness of seeds All seeds of thought are planted in the soil of the mind and will produce a harvest that is like (in the likeness of) the seed which was planted.

You cannot plant a carrot seed and expect to get a head of cabbage, and you cannot plant a watermelon seed and expect to receive corn. Therefore, if you have expectations of joy and happiness to run rampant in your life, you cannot plant seeds of hate, fear, or sorrow.

Acceptance rates are high The soil where you plant your seeds will not reject your deposits. In addition, there are no qualification guidelines, all seeds are accepted.

This does not mean that you will be happy with your return, however. Please, be understanding. See, the soil does not argue with you, judge, or make a fuss about the type of seeds you plant (the deposits you make).

Also, it does not have time to review transactions for you and make revisions in order for you to get exactly what it is you intended while making your deposits. Is it not busy enough? This is your job. If you want the best harvest, the best return from your seeds, your job is to be the best director you can be.

You are a director, one who plants seeds.

The soil is the subjective mind The subjective mind (the soil) must be directed, this is how it works to fulfill its duty. Without proper direction, it cannot operate to your liking. Suggestion is “direction”.

What you suggest to your subjective mind, also called the subconscious mind, is what your are directing the subjective mind to perform for you; to nurture the suggestion (seed) in its soil that you planted and deliver to you more of that.

Be very certain with your thoughts, they become things. Thoughts are incalculable seeds forever planting in a generous soil, germinating.

Do not assume. Have no doubt about it, the subjective mind believes whatever you say. It is not designed to assume you meant one thing when you said or thought another.

It has no power to dictate or decide for you. It trusts that you know what you are directing it to do. It is like a kind, obedient, and giving servant. It is entirely submissive and it will not try to persuade you or dare to correct what you say and think.

Furthermore, the subjective mind puts its role for you at a high priority. The things that you plant, need tended to and there is no time for debate. So be clear. Be deliberate when you plant your seeds.

The soil (the subjective mind) will not tell you that you cannot plant apple seeds if you want corn. It will take the apple seeds you give it and it will give you apples because that is what you planted. It is your responsibility during planting seeds to know that apples don’t turn into corn.

The soil has one job and nowhere in its job description is it to deny ANY of your seeds. So again, be clear because the soil could care less if you are happy or not with what you got in the end. You directed it to do its duty for you, and the soil does its job to the fullest. The soil gives you more of what you plant.

A real overachiever Are you wondering if the soil is lazy, forgettable, and won’t come though? Let it be know that it is always on time, eager, and in high performance. Never late to conduct the show, a real show off some say.

It stays prepared! It is always ready to execute! It begins its job the moment you direct it to do so, the moment you plant your seed!

The way it is done, I do not have the words to describe. Rare, unseen and therefore unbelievable, I know. Yet the soil is real and it operates. It lives and operates from inside of you. This is good news!

So now you ask, “What do I do in order to get my beautiful harvest from the soil?” And boy am I glad you did.

Get rid of the weeds. It is important to clear out all weeds in your garden. Weeds have the ability to choke out your harvest as it begins to grow.

In the garden of the mind, weeds come in. The enter from fear, doubt, negativity, and everything else that has nothing to do with your greatness and the fullness of your harvest. They come to destroying the beauty of all gardens.

This is horrifying because when you see that something comes in and makes a mess of your wonderful creations, it can cause you to weep for days. It is okay, you have the upper hand against weeds.

Weeds want attention. They are drama. They are petty. They love destroying beautiful gardens. Deny their access. Ignore them. Smother them. Drown them. Pull them up. Get them out. Weeds are strong but only as powerful as you allow them to be. You are more powerful! You can kill weeds. This can be done by pouring love, faith, and gratitude for the receiving of your harvest on top of them whenever they pop up. Done!

How often should I check on my harvest? Never. Belief is the power of the soil. The soil has been directed by you and it knows what it is doing. Do not go and try to pull up the seed you’ve planted to see if it is growing just fine. The soil will not let you down. The soil guarantees satisfaction and needs not to be micromanaged.

Just believe and relax. It is only a matter of time before you hold the object from the seed you planted. You just have to know it. Like a baby in a womb, does a woman not identify that she is pregnant while she is pregnant?

She has embodied a child, and knows the child is coming. Everything that grows, everything that is birthed has a gestation period. So leave it alone. Let it be. It is being properly cared for on your behalf. Trust the process.

Do you see what I see? It is okay that you cannot see it yet. Well actually, you can. You know your hopes, dreams and desires. You can see them, right? Well if YOU can see them, then they must be real. Who be it (fear and doubt) to tell you something is not yours. Ignore the bastards. Do not be fooled. Do not believe anything or anyone who says it is not coming.

By believing in the power of the soil to nurture and produce from your seeds, you will soon receive your bountiful harvest. It will be in the condition that you’ve imagined, just as you directed. It will be perfect. Without flaw, you will get exactly an increase from the seeds you have planted.

As you wait for your harvest to arrive, practicing knowing and being the happiest version of yourself that you can be is all that is necessary.

Above all, expect great things. You’re a magnificent gardener and everything is running on schedule. Your harvest is on its way!
