Midjourney’s V4 Produces Absolutely Insane Images

It is a game changer in the AI art space.

Midjourney is one of the many AI art generators I’ve been messing around with lately. While trying out different platforms, I am also deciding which of them I will support financially in the long run.

Admittedly, Midjourney was on my chopping block. It produces amazing images, don’t get me wrong — but I am using other platforms that are giving me consistently better results, like DALL-E for example.

Until now.

I read that Midjourney had released a new version, so I decided to give it a whirl. Now in alpha-testing mode, Midjourney’s V4 changes the game entirely.

While you can request different art styles on Midjourney, the “default style” of V4 is breathtaking. There is more defined details, better contrast, and more realistic lighting than the previous version. It also seems to understand my input commands better, and produces results more accurate to what I envisioned.
