№ 1 Reason You Aren’t Productive and How to Overcome it
All you need to know to become productive +The 90/90/1 rule.

There is a reason we aren’t productive. Even 1000 productivity techniques will not help you unless you understand certain key ideas. The purpose of the article, first, is to discover why we aren’t productive and then to know what we can do to be productive.
Focus, Distractions, and Priorities.
Have you ever analyzed your day? What could you do that day? What couldn't? Why you couldn’t achieve your daily goals?
The number one reason we aren't productive is that we have a lot of distractions. Productivity = Focus. But how can you focus if you check your smartphone at work? Checking our phones means we give priority to distractions and unimportant things rather than our main goal.
My story:
It’s been 3 months since I'm researching productivity, and I’ve already reduced my phone usage time. I deleted my Instagram. I don’t watch YouTube videos and disable notifications during work. Ignoring Instagram and YouTube gave me a huge time. In the beginning, I was like a drug addict, zombie… didn't know what to do, I felt I wasn't good. Luckily I could overcome this challenge and every day it was becoming easy to not watch YouTube videos. I’ve discovered that Instagram and YouTube were my biggest distractions.
Becoming productive, I’d started my day with work. And I could finish what I planned quickly, having a half-day ahead. Yes, I finished work, and it was afternoon, I had a half-day. I was like a lion. I felt like the word is mine. This feeling... I’d give everything to feel it.
By just eliminating distractions we can change a lot in our productivity.
I've started a difficult challenge, but you don't have to do like me. No need to delete your social media account or YouTube. Here is a simple and easy challenge to make a huge difference in your productivity. One tool that's proven and tested, that has helped people to scale their businesses.
The 90/90/1 rule.
90/90/1 rule in simple words is the distraction-free 90 minutes of work.
Research has shown that morning hours are when we have the most focus, the most energy, and willpower. So wake up, disable your phone notifications, find a peaceful place and work for the next 90 minutes. It’s simple, right?
Environment
Talking about productivity, we should understand that the environment has a huge influence. We can't be productive in a messy, noisy environment. So find a peaceful and relevant environment to work in.
Minimalism
Saying minimalism most people understand interior, white color, empty place. But minimalism is also a lifestyle, which we can see in successful people’s lifestyle.
The secret to genius is not complexity, it’s simplicity
Robin Sharma
If we see great artists and successful people, they don't feel their work-day and personal life with a lot of things. They feel them with a few things.
One secret to being productive is to focus on few things. This year, rather than achieving 50 projects, pick 3. Rather than having likes, maybe go deep and develop 3 real relationships. Instead of reading 100 books, focus on one book.
Conclusion
To become productive isn't easy. It’s something we should overcome through our discipline and willpower.
Now when you know all this, it's time to use the knowledge.
To know and not to do is to not know!
