Passive: passive tasks like tv, sermons, greasy sweet salty food, spa resort fancy massages, alcohol, loud music — It is fine to take a break and rest but don’t change your lifestyle. TV: strain to eyes brain — takes energy — influences thinking and logic — very passive and controlling

Movies: Don’t keep watching the same science fiction special effects with more explosions and grand illusions. It will numb you. Also avoid overly complicated art films with inspiration because these are based on special analysis. Superhero Movies: or emotional relationship melodramas. They are trying to sell pop corn and soda.

Too Much: internet — too much tv — much social websites — too much media. Do not drain your time and energy. Politics: too much terror news — climate crisis — economic crisis — religion — listening to political speeches — listening to political doctrine.

Games: board games — dont get addictive with computer games — Instead physical fitness or learn language or learn new sport or learn new cooking or play music. Try interactive activities with understanding and growth. Mobile phone: Live your life, phone is not a substitute. Don’t react to cell phone events.

Magazines: Don’t be influenced by ads and latest fads and hyping writers and image that everyone else is doing it — articles are recreation, don’t follow so much expertise. Technical books: overly complicated or feel good simplistic — Get someone to explain it. Don’t get carried away by the imagery trickery sophistry. Needs serious reasoning, rigorous techniques, perspective worldview, serious results

Gadgets: tv phones computers voice activated — these are there for support — Don’t let them control your life. It’s good if it helps simplify. Don’t let it become something else to worry about. Gambling: already dealing with pills — dont try new thrills with gambling otherwise it will affect even more

Attitude: Keep improving and so stay positive. For a reason. Don’t obsess over anything. More is not always better. Also some technique may have worked before but now as you heal it is less necessary. Don’t be overly sensitive, rather work with what is working.

Too much watching. Passivity. Feel good. Easy tasks. Passive enjoyment. Not really relaxed. No learning. No interaction. No input. No doing. Same old routine. Somehow not doing anything is great. Deserve to waste time. Meaningless games or video or tv.

Can bring down your energy. If already mentally vulnerable. Can bring down your focus. Make you take things for granted.

Makes you believe that things are simplistic and easy. That it’s about a magic trick or solving a puzzle. Creates wrong attitude and mindset.
